Who Are We?
Tilted Horizon is about those of us who love to sling a leg over a modern road racer motorcycle, speed down a straightaway at mind-numbing speeds, grab a hand full of brake just before a tight 25 mph turn, flick the bike on its side dragging your kneeslider and toeslider at more than double the suggested speed, watching the Earth and Sky tilt further and further until they are close to vertical, only to be flicked back to their original position a few seconds later.
In other words, we ride motorcycles and ride them aggressively. (Please read about our Crash Count!) There is one thing about us that makes us different than many other biker groups. We try to do all of this in the safest way possible. You won't see us out there doing wheelies and stoppies without a helmet in the middle of rush hour with a passenger wearing shorts. In fact, most of us wear full leathers even in the summer time. We are also an AMA Chartered Club.
We have been together since 1999, but our official club started in 2000. Our group consists of about 15 men and women between the ages of 19 and 35 years old. We also ride with a larger group that can exceed 100 local riders!
